A few habits that make Agent Bots sessions more useful: * **Treat it like a real call.** Talk out loud, at a normal pace, in a quiet space with a good microphone. The more natural your delivery, the more useful the feedback in Session History will be. * **Vary the personality trait.** Practicing the same persona on both an easy and a difficult personality trait shows you where your approach actually holds up. * **Use real context.** Fill in the setup form with a real (or realistic) product, deal, or situation rather than generic placeholder text — the persona's responses are only as sharp as the context you give it. * **Attach real assets.** If you'd normally share a deck or one-pager on a real call, attach it during setup so the persona reacts to your actual material. * **Review before you repeat.** Check your transcript and score in **Session History** before running the same scenario again, so each rep is a deliberate improvement rather than a repeat of the same habits. * **Watch your session minutes.** Each session draws from your plan's minute allowance, and adding extra personas increases usage — check your remaining minutes in **Settings** if you're running several sessions in a row. Follow a structured plan that targets your specific skill gaps.
