# Upgrading Your Plan

> How to move to a new plan tier in Poodle AI.

Upgrading is self-serve and takes effect immediately — there's no need to contact support.

  <Step title="Open Plan settings">
    Go to **Settings > Plan**. This tab is only visible to admins.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Compare tiers">
    Review what each tier includes — seats, minutes, and features — and choose monthly or annual billing.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check out">
    Select the plan you want. You'll be taken to a secure checkout to enter payment details.
  </Step>

  <Step title="You're upgraded">
    Your new seats, minutes, and features are available right away — no waiting for the next billing cycle.
  </Step>

  Any trial credit your organization has earned is applied automatically at checkout.
