# Onboarding Walkthrough

> What to expect during your first sessions and how the onboarding unlock screen works.

New accounts go through a short guided setup before the full dashboard opens up. This page explains what each step is for.

    Tell Poodle AI a bit about your company and role. This context is used to recommend relevant Agent Bot scenarios and personas.

  <Step title="Your first recommended session">
    Onboarding drops you directly into a pre-filled practice session with a recommended persona, so you can jump straight into a conversation instead of browsing scenarios first.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete three practice sessions">
    Finish three practice sessions to unlock full access to Progress Tracker and Agent Bot Training.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Your unlock screen">
    After your third session, you'll see a summary of your progress so far and what's now available to you.

## What's on the unlock screen

    A chart of your score, speaking pace (words per minute), and filler-word rate across your first three sessions.

    Early strengths and areas to keep working on, generated from your practice sessions.

    Any credit earned during onboarding is applied to your account automatically — no action needed.

  <Card title="Features unlocked" icon="unlock">
    Progress Tracker and Agent Bot Training become fully available.

Depending on your plan, you may also see a prompt to invite teammates or try connecting a CRM. Both are optional and can be done later from **Team** and **Integrations**.

  If you're on a trial, the unlock screen shows how many trial days remain. Continuing past your trial requires choosing a plan from **Settings**.
