# Signing In and Accepting an Invite

> How to log in to Poodle AI and accept a team invitation.

Poodle AI uses secure, email-based sign-in. How you get in depends on whether you're joining an existing organization or setting one up for the first time.

## Accepting a team invite

If an admin on your team invited you, you'll receive an email with an invite link.

    Look for an email inviting you to join your organization's Poodle AI workspace, and select the link inside it.

  <Step title="Create your account">
    The link takes you to an invite acceptance page. Follow the prompts to set up your login (email and password, or a supported single sign-on option offered by your organization).
  </Step>

  <Step title="You're in">
    Once your account is created, you're added to your organization automatically and land on your dashboard.

  Invite links expire after a period of time. If yours doesn't work, ask your admin to resend the invitation from **Team**.

## Signing in after that

Returning users sign in from the login screen with their email and password (or SSO, if your organization uses it). Use **Log out** from the bottom of the sidebar to end your session on a shared device.

## Resetting your password

If you forget your password, use the **Forgot password** link on the sign-in screen. You can also change your password any time from **Settings** while signed in.
