# Getting Help

> How to reach the Poodle AI team from inside the app.

If you run into a problem or have a question, **Support** in the sidebar is the fastest way to reach the Poodle AI team without leaving the app.

## Live chat

Select **Support** to open a live chat with the Poodle AI team. This is the quickest way to get help during a live session or while you're working through something.

## Email a ticket

If live chat isn't available, use the support form on the same page to send a ticket by email — include as much detail as you can (what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead) so the team can help faster.

  If your issue is about a specific practice session, note the scenario and roughly when it happened — it helps the team find it quickly.
