Once a CRM is connected and consent is granted, Poodle AI brings in relevant activity from it — like objections your team has actually faced, competitor mentions, and deal outcomes — to make Agent Bots practice more realistic.

## Where it shows up

This activity data informs the personas and scenarios Poodle AI recommends, so practice sessions reflect situations your team is actually running into, not just generic scenarios.

## Managing synced data

You can review and remove synced CRM activity independently of the connection itself — deleting a record clears it from Poodle AI without touching the original record in your CRM.
