# Quickstart: Run Your First Practice Session

> Sign in and complete your first AI Agent Bot practice session in a few minutes.

This guide gets you from signing in to finishing your first practice conversation.

<Note>
  If someone on your team invited you, finish accepting that invite first — see [Signing in and accepting an invite](/getting-started/signing-in).
</Note>

<Steps>
  <Step title="Sign in">
    Go to your organization's Poodle AI URL and sign in. If this is your first time, you'll complete a short onboarding flow first — see [Onboarding walkthrough](/getting-started/onboarding-walkthrough).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Agent Bots">
    Select **Agent Bots** in the left sidebar, then choose a scenario: **Cold Call**, **Investor Pitch**, **Sales Presentation**, or **Consulting**. (**Product Demo** is coming soon.)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a persona">
    Each scenario offers a set of AI personas — for example, different gatekeepers or decision-makers for Cold Call. Pick one and select a personality trait for how they'll behave in the conversation (for example, skeptical or friendly).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set up the session">
    Fill in the meeting setup form: basic context for the conversation, any supporting assets (like a deck or one-pager), and, optionally, additional AI personas to include or teammates to invite. If you're low on session minutes for your plan, you'll see a warning here before you can launch.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your mic and camera">
    On the pre-join screen, confirm your microphone and camera, then join. You'll see the AI personas you've added waiting in the session.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Have the conversation">
    Talk through the scenario naturally, as you would with a real prospect. You can add or remove additional AI agents during the call if the setup supports it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="End the session">
    When you're done, end the meeting. If you started the session, ending it closes the meeting for everyone and kicks off analysis; if you joined someone else's session, leaving just removes you and the session continues for the owner.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review your results">
    You're redirected to that session's page in **Session History** while your analysis finishes processing. Once it's ready, you'll see your transcript, recording, and score.
  </Step>
