# Team

> Managing team members, roles, and performance visibility in Poodle AI.

The **Team** page is where admins manage who's on the team and how they're doing; team members see it as a lighter, team-facing view of their own standing.

## What admins can do

Select any team member's name to open their individual profile and performance history.

## Seats and roles

Your plan includes a set number of seats. Once active members plus pending invites reach that limit, new invites are blocked until you remove someone or purchase additional seats — see [Managing Billing](/billing-plans/managing-billing).

  Admins can't demote themselves out of the admin role. Another admin needs to make that change.
