# Trust Center

> How Poodle AI protects your data: security practices, privacy rights, and sub-processors.

Poodle AI handles sensitive sales conversation data — recordings, transcripts, and, for organizations that opt in, CRM activity data. This Trust Center documents the technical and organizational measures built into the product to protect that data, as part of our ongoing path toward SOC 2 Type II compliance.
