# Sub-processors

> Third-party vendors that process data on Poodle AI's behalf.

Poodle AI uses the following third-party vendors to deliver the product. Each processes only the data necessary for its function.

| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Application hosting, database, file/recording storage (S3), and serverless data-sync functions |
| LiveKit                   | Real-time voice/video infrastructure for Agent Bots practice sessions                          |
| Google (Gemini API)       | AI-generated persona responses and session analysis                                            |
| Auth0                     | Authentication and identity management                                                         |
| Stripe                    | Payment processing and billing                                                                 |
| Customer.io               | Lifecycle and transactional email                                                              |
| Intercom                  | In-app customer support                                                                        |
| Mixpanel                  | Product usage analytics                                                                        |

## Optional CRM and sales-engagement integrations

The following are not used by default — they only receive or share data if an organization admin explicitly connects them, and access can be revoked at any time from **Integrations**:

* Salesforce
* HubSpot
* Zoho CRM
* Outreach
* Gong
