**Analytics** shows how your performance is trending over time, rather than session by session — the bigger picture behind your Session History.

## What you'll see

Pick a date range to see your metrics and performance trends across all your Agent Bots sessions in that window, along with insights Poodle AI has surfaced from the pattern of your results.

  Admins on the Growth plan and above can switch between team members using the selector at the top of the page, to review anyone's trends, not just their own.
