Update your payment method or cancel your subscription from the billing portal, linked from this tab. Past invoices are listed here too, with a PDF download for each.

Buying extra seats or minutes

If you need more than your plan includes before your next renewal, you can purchase additional seats or additional practice minutes without changing plans.

Understanding session minutes

Live Agent Bots sessions consume minutes from your plan’s allowance. Adding extra AI personas to a session uses minutes faster than a standard one-on-one session — see Preparing for and Running a Session for how that’s shown to you before you launch.
If your organization runs out of minutes, you’ll need to purchase more or wait for your next renewal before starting new sessions.
