How a plan is structured

Each Training Plan is made up of modules. A module pairs a short lesson with either a multiple-choice quiz or a recorded audio response, and awards XP when you complete it. See Working through modules for the details.
Plans and skill gap recommendations are generated automatically at key milestones in your practice sessions — there’s nothing to configure. New recommendations may appear after you complete more sessions.
