Poodle AI runs on managed, redundant cloud infrastructure (AWS, a managed PostgreSQL database, and LiveKit for real-time sessions) rather than self-hosted servers, and background jobs such as CRM sync run as isolated functions so a failure in one integration doesn’t affect the rest of the product.
Specific commitments — uptime SLA, disaster recovery objectives (RTO/RPO), breach notification timelines, and incident response procedures — are governed by internal policy and your organization’s agreement with Poodle AI, not by product configuration. Contact your Poodle AI account team for our current security whitepaper, incident response summary, or SOC 2 report.
