Read the lesson
Each module opens with a short reading (with an estimated reading time). Audio-based modules may include an audio clip to listen to first.

Complete the check
Depending on the module type:
- Quiz modules ask multiple-choice questions about the lesson. You need to answer 75% or more correctly to pass.
- Audio modules ask you to record a 1–2 minute spoken response applying what you just learned, as if you were in a live scenario.

Get your result
Quiz modules show your score immediately, with an explanation for any question you got wrong. Audio modules confirm your response was submitted.

Earn XP and continue
Passing a quiz or submitting an audio response earns XP. If you passed, you’ll move on to the next module in the plan; if you didn’t reach 75% on a quiz, you can review the lesson and try again.
Finishing a plan
When you complete the last module in a plan, you’ll see a completion screen and a shortcut to start a live Agent Bots practice session in that plan’s category — a natural next step to put what you just learned into practice.Need to redo a module?
