Tell Poodle AI a bit about your company and role. This context is used to recommend relevant Agent Bot scenarios and personas.

Your first recommended session

Onboarding drops you directly into a pre-filled practice session with a recommended persona, so you can jump straight into a conversation instead of browsing scenarios first.

Complete three practice sessions

Finish three practice sessions to unlock full access to Progress Tracker and Agent Bot Training.

Your unlock screen

After your third session, you’ll see a summary of your progress so far and what’s now available to you.

Performance arc

A chart of your score, speaking pace (words per minute), and filler-word rate across your first three sessions.

Skill summary

Early strengths and areas to keep working on, generated from your practice sessions.

Account credit

Any credit earned during onboarding is applied to your account automatically — no action needed.

Features unlocked

Progress Tracker and Agent Bot Training become fully available.
Depending on your plan, you may also see a prompt to invite teammates or try connecting a CRM. Both are optional and can be done later from Team and Integrations.
If you’re on a trial, the unlock screen shows how many trial days remain. Continuing past your trial requires choosing a plan from Settings.
