Every change you make is timestamped and recorded in a consent audit log, along with how the change was made.

Right to delete

Request deletion of your account and personal data.

Right to opt out of sale

Enable Do Not Sell / Do Not Share at any time — this takes effect immediately.

Right to portability

Export your data in JSON or CSV format.

Requesting your data (export)

You can request an export of your data at any time. It’s queued for processing, and you’ll be notified when it’s ready to download.
Exports are limited to one request per day per account. Download links expire 7 days after the export is ready.

Requesting deletion

Deletion requests require you to confirm your account email, and a verification email is sent before the deletion is processed. Once confirmed, deletion is completed within 45 days, in line with applicable law.
Account deletion is permanent. If your organization has connected a CRM, see CRM Data Handling for how synced CRM data is handled separately.

Where to manage this

Consent preferences and data requests are managed from your account Settings. Opting out of sale/sharing is applied immediately; access, deletion, and portability requests are processed within the timeframes above.
